Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional telephone and vehicle details, the service you need, an optional preferred date and your message. We use these details to respond to your request and discuss the work or appointment you are asking about.
How the form works
Enquiries are sent to the garage by email. The website does not create a public account or publish your message. Our website and email hosting providers process information needed to operate these services. The contact form does not send your name, email address, telephone number, vehicle details or message to Google Analytics.
Essential cookies and security
The contact form uses a session cookie called mam_contact to verify your submission and protect the form. It expires at the end of the browser session. Short-lived security records limit repeated submissions; these contain submission times and a hashed identifier rather than your enquiry. Older records are removed as the form is used.
Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you choose “Accept analytics”. It helps us understand page visits and how the website is used. We do not enable Google advertising personalisation or Google signals in this website’s tag. Maps, what3words and Facebook links open external services with their own privacy and cookie policies.
Analytics and your cookie choice
Your choice is stored in an essential first-party cookie, mam_cookie_choice, for up to six months. If you decline, the Google Analytics script is not loaded. If you accept, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_* cookies, configured to last up to six months, and process information about page visits, your browser and device.
